Online Community Website

The West Pilbara Communities for Children ‘Community Website’ will enable community members, community groups and service providers affiliated with young children to have an online presence that will assist agencies and communities to work more effectively in the early year’s area.

It will serve as a conduit for interagency collaboration as well acting as an information tool. It is envisaged that it will encourage local services to utilise the website to inform their clients as to their services and to educate the professionals and services working with and for 0 – 12 year olds in the use of interactive technology.

It will also be used by the Consortium and Committee members as a tool to enhance communication between the different sites and build their capacity.

The West Pilbara site has engaged Discovere to rent the virtual room to achieve this objective.
